elgg is a very popular social network open source, but recently also meet spam problem, could you please tell us how to install ATC in elgg? I tried many times but just can't get the ATC run. Thanks! p.s. elgg can be found in http://www.elgg.org |

I think elgg's developers can answer this question better than I. As the first step, I'd try the following: * Upload the files bbantispam.php and bbas_config.php on the server, near the file "index.php" * Edit the file "index.php": insert as the first line: <?php include_once 'bbantispam.php'; ?> Hint: reset cookies often: if you answered a question. Sir, thank you for your quick reply, I did so as your above advice, but the question never appears even after i clear all the cookies. before I use phpbb, the ATC runs very well. but with elgg, ATC just never pop up. I also post my question in elgg community http://community.elgg.org/mod/groups/topicposts.php?topic=99068&group_guid=7 hope can solve this problem since ATC is the only hope I bear. |
