| Hi There,
I run several boards and I have to say right off I Love this MOD! But for the first time I have a problem. Below is an email I just recieved from a real person trying to register. "I have been trying to register and unsuccessful. I guess I didn't answer the textual confirmation question correctly. The message says my address has been banned. Can you help?" As you can see they say they have been banned. I tried to find thier email address in the admin section and have had no luck. Does this mod store its bans elsewhere? If so how do I unban this person? | Hi Robert,
Textual Confirmation doesn't ban users, the user is banned by some other MOD. Ask the user for the exact text of the error message.
