some guys got rejected by failing the textual confirmation. Now they cant even get on the forums anymore. How can i fix that?

Hi! Textual Confirmation doesn't ban users. If a user is banned, it is done by some other mod. At the moment, the only my suggestion is: please check the administration panel for unbanning.
